“Sure!”
“Ok, the buyers and project manager want to meet at 8am.”
“Where was this again?”
“Fauntleroy!”
“... Oh.”
Traffic!

So what you’re saying is you should’ve left at 5am?

Yes, actually. I took a hot shower and drank coffee instead.

The Almighty Dollar saw that you put yourself first and sent the traffic to punish you.

First day after a long weekend (for some), have fun.
A helicopter can be a good commuter rig.

If helicopters became a common choice, we’d have traffic up there like Los Angeles and crashes everywhere all the time.

Everett all the way down there?! You should have caught the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry, drove down the Kitsap Peninsula (you’ll still hit traffic coming into Bremerton, but less of it), then took the Southworth-Fauntleroy Ferry, because it would have been faster.

Imagine the typical Seattle metro area driver in something that flies. You’d want to live in an underground bunker.

Seriously. However, it could only do good things for the economy, between killing the stupid people when they screw up and the sales of 1” thick steel plate to clad every suburban home with for protection against falling helicopters...

Might cut housing demand a bit and reduce prices by a couple hundred bucks, too.
